“Trevor conducted a Memorial Service in honour of my Mother. He visited us several days prior to the service and we were impressed by his kind and caring manner and how thorough he was in covering all aspects of the Service. On the day he conducted a very sensitive and personal ceremony – with support and understanding for family members. He understood that we wanted to celebrate Mum’s life and it was a joyous occasion.”

Our Story

Trevor Hayley Funeral Celebrant

Thank you for visiting our site.

In the beginning, there was initial coffee meeting between Deanne Edwards, an independent Funeral Arranger, and Trevor Hayley, Life Memorial Celebrant. Deanne had extensive experience in the Funeral industry, knowing all there is to know about the interaction of families with the funeral process. Trevor, who is trained in pastoral care, including grief and loss, had been officiating funeral and memorial services over the last few years, bringing a balance of celebrating life and empathy and compassion.

In the ensuing conversation, a resonance; where the care of families and being truly present with them, emerged. They found in each other a true compassion and empathy for families, and caring for them in their time of loss. This value of presence, left a lasting impression on each other, and they committed to see what would unfold.

A little while later, the time had come, to consider a new offering for Adelaide. Deanne and Trevor reconnected; a vision for a completely new online memorial service, together with a respectful and dignified funeral service; Adelaide Memorials Online was born.

At the very core of Adelaide Memorials Online is absolute presence with families, who in their time of loss, deserve nothing less. In addition, families will be assured of absolute transparency upfront, knowing all costs beforehand. We do no apply any mark-ups from our suppliers within our Adelaide Memorials Online Family, keeping these at cost for families. Our offering is to keep costs as low as possible, without compromising on Service.
